The entire roof was removed and replaced for this renovation.

Six hundred square feet of living space was also added.  A clearstory ribbon window of glass runs the entire length of the living/dining area on the north side. Below it are a series of nozzle type air conditioning supply registers.

Mitchell O'neil's unique ranch style design known as the "Parsons House" received an Honor Award by the American Institute of Architects.
