The Learning Channel network featured Mitchell O'Neil's uniquie home design on an episode of Dream Living.
An avid fisherman, the owner of the home wanted to be able to lift his boat from the slip, move it onto a trailer
and move it through the garage out to the street. An outdoor covered terrace on the third level provides
sweeping views of the surrounding areas.
Mitchell O'Neil's unique island vacation home design was awarded by the American Institute of Architects for Excellence in Architecture.
