The water front house had an extensive renovation and addition for a young growing family
exemplifying the essence of contemporary upgrade.

The focus has been placed on outdoor living. Several different seating areas, outdoor fireplaces, t.v., bar,
fountain features and retractable roof gazebo completes the entertainment atmosphere.

The new second floor addition provides additional bedrooms and a balcony.
