The garage of this ocean house is built into the ocean dune.
Stairs and elevator access the main level, which is raised several feet above the natural grade.
The entire east face of the main living space is operable glass, affording the tremendous view.
Clerestory windows on both the east and west side of the house flood light during all times of the day.
